If something’s off, no worries. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
The Rules of the Remix:
- Items must be unworn and in fresh, original condition.
- We’ll process your exchange or send you store credit once the item is back in our hands.
How Returns Work:
- You handle the return shipping beat (meaning return shipping costs are on you).
- If we dropped the wrong track — meaning your item arrived defective or incorrect — we’ll replace it on us.
International Orders:
- Right now, we don’t accept returns or exchanges outside the U.S. But we’re working to make this global!
Final Sale Items:
- Anything marked Final Sale is yours to keep — no returns or exchanges on those pieces.
